InstantLeadz provides weekly permit-triggered lead lists sourced from public municipal and county records. Leads are delivered via email to subscribers on a recurring basis. Each trade and city combination is sold exclusively to one subscriber at a time.
Your subscription grants exclusive access to leads for your selected trade and city. While your subscription is active, no other company in the same trade will receive leads for the same city. Exclusivity ends immediately upon cancellation or non-payment, at which point the slot becomes available to other companies.
All subscriptions are month-to-month. There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Subscription rates are subject to change with 30 days written notice via email. Rate changes do not apply retroactively to the current billing period.
Early Subscriber Rate Lock: Subscribers who join during our founding period (first 10 subscribers per trade per city) will have their original rate locked for as long as their subscription remains active and in good standing. Rate locks are forfeited upon cancellation.
InstantLeadz does not guarantee a minimum number of leads per week or per month. Lead volume is determined entirely by permit activity in your selected city, which is controlled by municipal and county agencies. We publish historical lead volume data to help you set realistic expectations, but past volume is not a guarantee of future volume.
If lead volume in a given month falls significantly below historical averages due to data availability issues on our end (not due to reduced permitting activity), we will issue a prorated credit at our discretion.
All leads are sourced from publicly available building permit data, certificates of occupancy, and related municipal records. InstantLeadz does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of public records data. Addresses, permit values, and permit types are reported as filed with the relevant agency.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except at our sole discretion. If you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us within 7 days of your first paid billing period and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.
Subscribers may not resell, redistribute, or share lead data with parties outside their own company. Lead data is licensed for the subscriber's internal business use only.
Each company, business entity, or individual may hold only one subscription per trade per city. Creating multiple accounts, using multiple email addresses, registering under different business names, or using affiliated entities to circumvent the one-subscriber-per-trade-per-city exclusivity rule is strictly prohibited.
InstantLeadz reserves the right to verify subscriber identity, company registration, billing information, IP address, and any other signals to detect fraudulent or duplicate subscriptions. Verification may occur at any time, including retroactively.
Penalty for Violation: Any subscriber found to have circumvented exclusivity protections — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts for the same trade and city — agrees to pay liquidated damages of $5,000 per violation, plus all legal and collection fees incurred by InstantLeadz in enforcing this provision. The subscriber's account(s) will be permanently terminated with no refund, and the subscriber will be permanently banned from the platform. InstantLeadz may charge the $5,000 penalty to any payment method on file.
This provision exists to protect the integrity of the exclusivity guarantee that all subscribers rely on. Violations harm not only InstantLeadz but every other subscriber in that market.
InstantLeadz is not responsible for results obtained (or not obtained) from contacting leads. We provide data — results depend entirely on your outreach, sales process, and market conditions. Our total liability to any subscriber shall not exceed the amount paid in the most recent billing period.
The $7 trial fee charged at signup reserves your slot and starts delivery. You may cancel anytime before day 8 to avoid the full monthly plan. If you keep the slot, your monthly subscription begins on day 8 and continues month to month until canceled. Monthly subscription charges are generally not refundable once a billing period begins.
